A 2020 workforce report by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) found that 1 in 3 psychotherapists and counsellors want more clients, against the background of a shortage of mental health services in Australia. Almost 60% of survey participants reported an annual income of under $75,000.
The report concluded that the industry needed strategies to help raise the profile of counsellors and therapists. Such strategies, the report found, needed to include Business development training, mentoring and support for therapists and counsellors.

Marketing and sales also usually feel uncomfortable for psychotherapists and counsellors as we are not usually extroverted types.
There are usually significant internal and external barriers that need to be addressed before practitioners can execute successful sales, and marketing strategies or, indeed, ask for support and mentoring.

PILOT PROGRAM

We are running a one-time pilot of the Practice Accelerator.
From 8 May 2024, two of our partners, will spend 2 hours a week for 10 weeks thoroughly going through the content and exercises and applying them to their own private practices.

By joining the Practice Accelerator Pilot, you will get early access to all of the content and workbooks and receive real-time mentoring and support from two of our partners, Amar and Manny as we all work through the course together.
When the Practice Accelerator is launched in its final form in late 2024, it will be priced at $1250.

The Pilot program will start on Wednesday, 8 May 2024, and run from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (AEST) every Wednesday for 10 weeks.
The program is entirely delivered online over Zoom.
Every session will be recorded so you can catch up if you miss a session.

How is the course delivered?
