INSIDE OUT COACHING

The First Year of the program is dedicated to developing your mindset and skills as an Inside Out Therapeutic Coach. You will first learn the art and science of Inside Out coaching in our Inside Out Coaching Fundamentals program. You will then build on these foundations and learn cutting-edge, evidence-based processes that will enable you to harness the power of therapeutic coaching, a powerful hybrid modality that overcomes the limitations of coaching and therapy respectively. Finally, you will guided and mentored along your path toward international certification while deepening your skill set and capacity as an Inside Out coach.

By the end of the First Year of the program, you will be able to have transformative conversations geared toward empowering change. You will also be able to integrate powerful therapeutic coaching tools and techniques to support people around you to heal and overcome deeper layers of resistance so they can live a more fulfilling life. You will also be certified for practice as an Inside Out Therapeutic Coach.

  • The Butterfly Effect journey begins with the 3-month Inside Out Coaching Fundamentals course. You will learn the art and science of Inside Out coaching, including how to:

  • The next step in the Butterfly Effect journey is our 3-month program for those who understand that who you are is just as important as what you know.

    As registered therapists and coaches, the founding partners of Primal Intelligence blended the best parts of therapy and coaching into a powerful hybrid modality because neither approach is holistic.

    This course is available to people who have previously completed our Fundamentals course. In this therapeutic coaching course, you build out your toolkit with robust processes drawn from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Gestalt therapy, and somatic psychology. We will facilitate you to experience the same processes you will be trained to run with your clients; you’ll even receive client worksheets.

INSIDE OUT BUSINESS

The Second Year of the program is focused on supporting you to develop a thriving private practice as an Inside Out Coach and teaching you how to grow and scale your business for maximum impact. In the Inside Out Practice Elevator, you will be supported to develop a commercially successful private practice working with the types of clients you love working with. Over 9 months, you will learn the mindset, tools and knowledge you need to achieve financial abundance in your one-to-one practice. This is not a theoretical course - you will be mentored and supported every step of the way to take focussed and rigorous action in order to magnetise your ideal clients to your practice. In the final 3 months you will enter the Impact Academy. Here you will learn tried and tested strategies to scale and grow your practice for maximum impact. You will be supported to build authority and transition from one-to-one practice to a thought leadership practice where you are working at scale.
